Every project begins with a scope-locked milestone schedule defining exact dependencies, review checkpoints, and acceptance criteria. Revisions are restricted to the agreed cycle limits defined in individual project proposals to protect delivery timelines and maintain engineering focus.

Upon settled final balance payments, clients receive full intellectual property ownership rights to custom code and tailored deliverables. All agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
